1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website at create-pixel.com or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided Create Pixel LLC provides custom digital design services, including but not limited to video advertisements, logo creation, and branding packages. All project timelines, deliverables, and requirements will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property Upon full and final payment for our services, Create Pixel LLC grants you exclusive rights and ownership of the final delivered digital assets. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.

4. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals necessary for us to complete your project. Delays in client communication may result in extended project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Create Pixel LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or the final delivered assets.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
